Job Summary
Call centre based in Liverpool. We are looking to offer the right candidates a great opportunity to join an RTA department as a call centre agent in a fast paced and quickly growing Liverpool company.

Job Role
Making outbound calls to clients regarding road traffic accident claims
Leads provided
Managing your own case load

Skills Required;
RTA claims experience preferred but not essential
Strong verbal communication skills
Proactive approach and ability to use own initiative
Confident telephone manner
Work well under pressure

Working in a call centre environment and having experience in both a call centre and customer service is essential

Hours
Full time
Monday to Friday - Shift work from 9-7
Hours will vary from 9-5 to 11-7
