Job Title: RTA Paralegal
Working hours: 9-5 Monday to Friday
Location: Preston, Lancashire
Salary: competitive plus bonus scheme


Due to continued growth my client based in Preston is looking to recruit ambitious RTA Personal Injury Paralegals with experience of managing their own caseload of RTA matters.

With a client focused approach, the successful candidate will have:

-Have a minimum of 6 months RTA Pre Litigation experience

-Be competent to handle a caseload of RTA Pre Litigation matters

-Experience and knowledge of the MOJ Portal

-Excellent organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise your caseload and manage time effectively

-Experience of using a case management system

-Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills

-Be able to work independently as well as part of a team
