Key duties and responsibilities for this role include:
Promoting the company's wide range of niche products and brands to it's private customer market.
To proactively manage designated accounts via analysing the contact history with the particular company and analysing previous or current sales.
Making outbound sales calls to both new prospects and existing customers to advise on products, completing quotations, managing customer orders, pushing through sales and to also ensure appointments are made for sales visits.
Following up sales leads through marketing campaigns, exhibitions and trade shows alongside sales activity.
Inputting core data for amendments and leads to existing and new customers via the company's in-house system.
Making detailed notes and arranging follow up calls from leads to ensure there is a focus of sales and to be able to create good working relationship with new and existing customers.
To successfully apply for this role, you must have the following experience:
To have successfully achieved targets set for KPI's and the ability to maintain accurate records in a previous role.
A proven track record in sales and customer account management.
It's also desirable that you have worked in a role that has required previous needs to attend exhibitions and presentations i.e. trade shows, relevant company events similar to this particular product.
