Monday - Friday
8.30- 5pm with 1 hour lunch
20 Days Holidays Plus Bank Holidays

Objective - Gaining new Business B2B Calls ..Cold Calling and some warm leads - converting into your client and account managing there business needs, upselling products, thinking outside the box…''what else does this client need for this piece of kit to work?''

Do you have Stable B2B Experience?...Hitting KPI'S IN YOUR CURRENT ROLE BUT NOT BEING REWARDED? OR… are you a Graduate just out of university that's money hungry with your own online business? Its all about the person …and there drive to succeed!!!

This role could be ..EXACTLY WHAT YOU HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR !!

Main Job Role is:

" Agree call off orders in writing with an end date for final delivery.
" Regularly review with each customer the stock levels of all contract items and re-schedule with suppliers as necessary.
" Source material to satisfy orders or enquires within the timescales agreed.
" Place purchase orders negotiating professionally.
" Enter purchase order details into the computer system promptly and accurately.
" Continually check with each customer what their current (latest) initiatives, projects and strategies are.
" Progressively build up and record in a neat and tidy manner relevant information for each account which can be easily retrieved and disseminated.
" Visit each customer's factory to see what is going on e.g. how sophisticated, attitude to quality, internal politics, identifying opportunities which cannot be picked up over the telephone.
" Complete visit reports when action is needed or important information has been obtained.
" Keep personal customer records up to date.
" Identify what the customer does with the material we supply and seek opportunities where we can add value.
" Selling the company to all the key influencers within the customer (including sub contractors where necessary).
" Present (leave behind) the image that we are a progressive, professional company whom the customer can trust and give all their business.
" Seek opportunities for the key buyer to meet the Service Centre Manager, suppliers, Regional Director etc to help further secure the relationship.
" To advise customers on the market situation to ensure they remain competitive and are aware of any potential impact upon their business.
Find out the most appropriate way of doing business by focusing on what is important to the customer e.g. reducing costs, JIT, single source, reducing suppliers, saving space, reducing processing, annual rebate etc.
" Plan each call or visit ensuring there is always a clear objective and purpose i.e. another stepping stone which helps to further develop the business.
" Fully brief a back up or support person who, when the Development Account Manager is out of the office, can effectively handle calls from allocated accounts.
" Enter customer orders into the computer system promptly and accurately.
" Look for opportunities where competitors are weak which we can exploit.
