For this role you must be a driven, passionate, tenacious sales professional within the Food & Drinks industry, who is looking for their next career move.
As the Area Sales Manager you will work in a cross functional environment, working closely with the wider team such as customer service, logistic, supply chain and credit control to ensure you provide the highest standard both internally and externally.
You will report into the Sales Director to support in strategic company objectives and implement growth within your territory including account management and new business development.
You will be required to travel regularly within the UK to maximise sales opportunities.
You will attend monthly and quarterly sales meetings and ensure you are up to date with current market knowledge, trends and competitors.
Required Skills & Experience:
Account management experience.
Experience within the Food & Drinks industry.
Proven experience of developing and generating new business.
Strong negotiation skills.
Ability to communicate and build relationships at all levels.
Excellent organisational skills.
Excellent time management skills.
Self-motivated and achievement orientated.
High level of numeracy.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Salary £30000 with the opportunity for bonus.
