We're looking for a Sales Administrator to work alongside our National Account Managers when it comes to receiving and placing new orders and sales. Could it be you?
We're a recognised brand in the world of plastics (yes, we're also diversifying into eco-friendly as well with bamboo and wood). We've just moved in to our new South London / Surrey office and we're looking to add to our strong team.
9-5.30pm Monday to Friday your new role will be office based, talking to clients on the phone and online as well as liaising with our warehouse and manufacturing teams offsite.
Key responsibilities include helping out with our largest key accounts when it comes to dealing with their incoming orders, enquiries, queries and providing them with an excellent level of customer service.
There will an element of keeping on top of order processing and stock availability and Identifying any issues that may arise.
The role does include a bonus structure that can see you take home an additional 10% on basic salary as well as subsidised parking a few mins walk from our new office.
For the ideal candidate we do want somebody who has previously been working within a sales team environment, processing orders and communicating with clients on a daily basis.
Excellent levels of communication and the good levels of numeracy will be required alongside the ability to work well individually and in teams.
