We are a large, international, upper-end tour operator looking to maximise sales within the UK market. We specialise in both summer sun and winter sun/ski all-inclusive We are looking for candidates with the following skills to join our highly driven customer focused team.
Your new role as a qualified Sales Administrator will be to join our sales team and help us achieve our goals. You get to serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for sales representatives.
" Order processing
" Checking invoicing.
" Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
" Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
" Maintain and update sales and customer records
" Develop monthly sales reports
" Communicate important feedback from customers internally
" Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
" Stay up-to-date with new products and features
This role is 5 days a week Monday - Saturday with a day off during the week
Ideally we are after somebody with a background in a similar position in either Sales Admin or Sales Support. Somebody who has used a CRM system with excellent organisational and communication skills.
