Full time Monday to Thursday: 8:30 - 17:00 & Friday: 8:30 -16:30
£8.50 per hour
Brook Street is currently recruiting for a temporary helpdesk administrator to join my client on a temporary to permanent basis within the Preston Area.
The role is a mixture between admin and some customer service within the technical team, the ideal candidate would be answering phone calls therefore you must be confident on the telephone speaking to customers and contractors.
You will be carrying out the following duties:
" Answering incoming calls from customers to book in work / maintenance (must be confident speaking to new people and have a good telephone manner)
" General ad hoc administrative duties supporting the team
" Drafting and sending emails
" Making outgoing calls to book in appointments for engineers to attend individuals' homes
" Updating schedules once the work has been booked
