We`re currently looking for a full time, permanent sales administrator to join our well-established Halifax client.
You will be joining a busy, friendly team to provide vital sales administration support. Our client is a well-established manufacturing company, looking for someone to step in an provide support during their busiest period.
In the role you will act as first point of contact for customers, answering queries and updating customer`s records on the internal system.
You will also support customers through the entirety of their order, providing quotations, lead times and updates, as well as processing sales orders.
We`re looking for experienced customer service advisors or administrators who are looking for their next busy and varied role.
You will need to pick up new information quickly and be able to prioritise your own workload.
Full training will be provided for this role, although a background within sales administration, order processing or logistics administration would be desired!
Candidates must have a good working knowledge of the Microsoft office packages and have some previous experience in an office-based customer service or administration position.
In return our client offers:
A Salary of £17,000 - £18,000 depending upon experience
Working hours are Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm
