Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for Sales Support Administrator to join a successful and established company within the lighting industry based in Welwyn Garden City.

You will be working for an award winning organisation that have made ground breaking discoveries within their industry. They are pioneers of an array of innovative technology. If you have an interest in science this could be the company for you.

Key Responsibilities:
You will be handling requests from clients in terms of pricing and conducting commercial negotiations where necessary.
Progressing all sales leads
Answering incoming calls and dealing with any enquiries
Providing support to all field engineers and related administration
Providing customer service to clients by dealing with their requests
helping to resolve any customer logistical issues
Ensuring the CRM system is updated at all times

Ideally you will have a background in business support and have the understanding of the requirements of working within a sales team.

In return for your hard work the company offer a competitive salary and the following benefits.
Hours of work are Monday -Thursday 8:30am-5:00pm and Friday 8:30am-3:00pm with a 45 minute lunch break.
