Job Description

My client based in Littleborough, Rochdale are recruiting for an Office Administrator to join the team.This company is in the pharmaceutical / health sector and also have offices outside of the UK.

Duties will include;
Order Processing:
Processing sales orders
Arranging delivery via courier
Printing paperwork Packing orders
Sending confirmation emails
Printing and sending invoices
Customer Services - Back log clearance of client issues due to Covid-19
General Office duties: answering phones, keeping office tidy, filing

If you are friendly and have excellent I.T, (Excel, PowerPoint) Communication and Administration experience then please call me now.

Salary is £18,000 (will pay slightly more depending on experience) and hours are Monday -Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm with a 30 minute lunch. (flexible from 8am - 5.30pm)
