A fantasic opportunity to join a well established global organisation as their Sales and Service Administrator has arrisen. my client are leaders in their field and produce and distribute scientific instruments. This is a busy and varied role within a friendly team and growing company based on the outskirts of St Albans. You will be working within a team of four and will be cross trained so you can support your colleagues.

-Essentially supporting two sides of the business servicing of clients as well as the sales team
-Coordinating incoming and outgoing goods
-Completing in house jobs and invoicing customers
-Using the courier`s online systems to expedite goods
-Answering incoming phone calls & distributing as appropriate
-Processing sales/service orders and following through to completion
-Covering the team`s activities (holidays/absence etc) cross training provided
-General system housekeeping (maintaining up to date information)
What the employer is looking for:
-You will have an administrative background of at least 1 year
-Ideally you will have knowledge of a CRM system and SAP is definitely an advantage
-Ability to prioritise your workload ,self motivated and meticulous
The salary is £18-20K with an additional £1K bonus dependant on company performance paid annually. Other benefits include pension , health care after a probation period of months , 25 days holiday rising to 28 in your 2nd year. Hours are Monday to Friday 9 - 5 with 30 minutes for lunch. There is also on site car parking.
