I have an amazing opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join an energetic Customer Service Team and become part of a global company. This is an exciting time to join and my client has a lot offer the successful candidate. There are six people in the team you'll be working with and they need someone who is a team player, good on the phone, who can handle working under pressure.

You should have three to four years administration experience, able to think on your feet. You should be customer orientated and an excellent communicator. The team use a bespoke SAP B1 system, and ideally my client would prefer someone with this experience, but not essential as there will be a comprehensive training plan on joining the company.

You will be responsible for processing high levels of quotes and orders accurately, requesting information and quotations from locations in UK, USA as well as dealing with a variety of customer queries and administration, this is mainly through email but also via telephone and online. Showing attention to detail, adaptability, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work on your own as well as working within a team for a common goal.

Hours: 8.45am to 5pm with a 4pm finish on a Friday. There is also a flexi-time working system available which would be discussed on joining.

Salary: £24,000 per annum, dependant on skills and experience.

Benefits: 21 days holiday per year plus bank holidays, private health plan following probation, pension plan, early finish Fridays, lunch provided by company once a month
