Role - Sales Administrator
Start Date - ASAP
Duration - 2 months with potential extension or permanent position
Hours - MON - FRI 8.30am till 5pm
Location - Tonbridge (office based)

I have a client based in Tonbridge looking for a temporay candidate to help with all processing and administration of orders. We are looking for someone who is confident, hard working and accurate in their work with great attention to detail. You will need to be computer literate with MS office packages. My client uses a bespoke system which full training will be given. This role could also lead to a permanent role for the right candidate.

The role is to coordinate all aspects of Customer Sales, in particular with supplying up to date and accurate product information. This will include liaising with several parties within the business.

There is two sides of the business. Internally is to organise and process all administration of orders. The other side will be customer service which will include speaking with customers and clients, keeping them up to date with delivery arrival times, sending invoices and also quoting on products.
