Brook Street are currently recruiting for an Sales Administrator to offer support to the sales team by providing an excellent level of administrative support and contributing effectively to the smooth running of the team. Role - Sales Administrator
Duration - 6 months
Pay - £10 per hour
Hours - 8am-4:30pm (Monday-Friday)
Location - Kings Lynn

Administration experience is essential to succeed in this role and a great working knowledge of MS office packages will prove useful. This is a temporary position running initially for 6 months, however there is chance of extension.

Candidate requirements -
- Previous Administrative experience (essential)
- Understanding of MS Office packages (essential)
- Working knowledge of MS Navision Dynamics (desirable)
- Friendly phone manner and excellent written communication skills (essential)
- Working as a part of a sales team previously (desirable)

Role responsibilities -
- Order processing and sales order entry
- Interacting with internal and external customers
- Providing the team with general Administrative support
- Telephone sales support to the sales team
- Processing of SAP and accurate data entry

This position would suit an enthusiastic individual who can show an organised approach to their work, providing support and allowing the high functioning sales team to continue to deliver results. Full company specific training will be given to successful candidates.
