SALES ADMIN ASSISTANT
We require a motivated sales admin/assistant to help win opportunities created by our Business Development Manager and sales team.
You will use a mixture of Microsoft Office and Salesforce to input, track and create quotes/proposals for the Passive Fire industry.
50% of the role will be finalising reports from projects we've carried out. This will involve processing data from our reporting system (Zetasafe), presenting a client facing document and creating a quote for any remedial work identified through the project.
We are experiencing a period of exponential growth and there will be a large volume of quotes to process, so we are looking for a productivity focused person who will be able to clear their tasks quickly and to a high standard.
What we're looking for:
- Strong written and verbal English
- Proficient in Word and Excel a must - MUST BE INTERMEDIATE TO ADVANCED
- Effective Communicator
- Flair for presentation
- Technical experience desirable
- Ability to learn and adapt to new software/systems
- Salesforce/CRM experience desirable
- Able to quickly learn and be curious about a variety of services
- Ability to learn and adapt to new software/systems
- Database experience desirable
MUST BE ABLE TO START THIS WEEK
Salary £22-27k
Hours 8-5pm - flexibility needed
