Job Description
Fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company in Coventry as a sales administrator! Ideally you will have previous sales administration experience, if not you must have a strong administration experience.
Monday - Friday 9 - 5.30 (Office based)
Free on site parking
Up to £22,000 DOE
Main Duties;
o Keeping customers updated on progress of the orders and rectify any issues ensuring you get to the root cause to prevent it from re-occurring again.
o Process orders for customers from start to finish and liaising with the customers via telephone / e-mail to get the order processed
o Review all orders daily to ensure they have gone out on time.
o Ensure 100% accuracy on all orders.
o Issue customer invoices
o Booking in deliveries with customers and arranging cost effective transport.
o Making sure all paperwork is present and file packs away once orders are complete.
o Monitoring e-mails for any new orders.
o Answering phone calls and transferring calls to relevant people.
o Liaising with the warehouse staff to make sure products are available and picked correctly.
o Other duties as and when requested by other members of staff
Person Specification;
- Sales administration experience is desirable
- Strong administration experience is essential
- Good attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
- Excellent communication
- Able to build rapport with customers
- Able to work under pressure well
