Due to expansion we are in a great opportunity to look for someone to join our team to work as part of the Internal Sales Team as a Sales Administrator.
We are based in the heart of Southam, with free parking on site, internal career growth with onsite training and development.
About the role - as the Sales Administrator you will provide efficient & effective support to external sales staff. It will be your responsibility to ensure that customer orders are managed effectively and dealt with in line with our companies procedure and to required deadlines at all times.
You will be working closely with the CRM Project Developer to ensure all details within the sales function are correct and maintained efficiently. Working to further develop and maintain information in respect of current and prospect customer base will also be key.
So who are we looking for? well we want someone that has excellent listening communication & telephone skills. Excellent attention to detail, great organisation skills and experience of successfully working to tight deadlines.
Previous experience of working within a sales office as a Sales Administrator is essential and you have previously worked in the automotive/tooling industry this is highly beneficial.
You will also have good computer skills that include Word and Excel at intermediate level.
There will be a one stage interview for this position and we are looking to have someone secured in the role by the end of July however if you do have notice we will also wait for the right person!
