An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Administrator based on the outskirts of York, experience in administration is not essential but you must have strong MS Word and Excel skills.
Your role will involve:
" Preparation of all documentation for sales and ordering
" Answering queries over phone and via email
" Liaising with sales and customers in a professional manner
We are looking for someone who:
" Is able to work under pressure to tight deadlines
" Data entry - can get a bit repetitive sometimes so the successful candidate will need to be organised and motivated.
" reliable, conscientious, accurate, organised and hard working.
