Job Description

Location: Crawley, West Sussex

Salary: up to £27,000 per annum

Benefits: 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays (increasing with length of service), onsite parking, employee assistance programme, pension scheme, full training

Hours: Full time, Mon- Fri 8:30am-5:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing customer orders
  • Compile and distribute reports for various departments
  • Prepare, update, and distribute key documentation
  • Respond to emails and manage general communications
  • Maintain and update data within the company database
  • Identify and address gaps in the sales process, collaborating with the team to improve efficiency

Ideally bring prior experience in an administrative role and proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a can-do attitude and the ability to adapt in a fast-growing, dynamic environment.
