Job Description
Sales Administrator
We are recruiting for Sales Administrator in the Cheltenham area. My Client is one of the largest European manufacturers of roof and wall systems.
As a Sales Administrator you will need to have:
- Good IT systems knowledge
- Fantastic Customer service skills
- Professional telephone manner
- Excellent attention to detail
- SAP experience (Desired)
- Data entry skills
Details:
- Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 DOE
- Working Hours: Mon- Fri, 9:00- 17:00
- Location: Cheltenham
- Duration: Permanent
Role of a Sales Administrator:
- Order Processing and Sales Support
- Raising and sending of purchase orders
- Answering the phone and message taking
- Liaise with customer to update on delays / shortages and resolve any issues
- General Administrative duties
