We have a wonderful new opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join our highly regarded Bradford based client.

You`ll be joining a thriving company and a friendly office team. They`re currently experiencing extremely high order volumes and are looking for a competent, proactive and customer orientated person to join the team and help them keep growing!

Within the role you will be responsible for your own projects, following them from initial quotation stages, through to the manufacture and delivery stages.

This is a very fast paced role, your duties will include:

Answering incoming calls from a range of customers
Providing customers with selections for their product needs
Advising customers with technical queries and providing after care
Generating quick and accurate quotations whilst on the phone
Producing technical quotations and sending them to the customer via email
Order processing
Updating customers with delivery dates, chasing the manufacturing team for updates and ensuring the customer is kept informed of any delays
Providing after care, manuals and technical help

We`re looking for candidates who have previous experience in an account co-ordination, technical sales or advanced administration role.

To be successful, you`ll need;

Previous experience of providing quotations to customers
A proactive personality
Excellent levels of attention to detail
Able to problem solve and think on your feet
A creative mind and good imagination, you`ll need to be able to visualise solutions and layouts
Excellent customer service and people skills
