Our client, a prestigious Halifax based company, are currently looking for a Sales Administrator to join their well established company.
In the role, you will act as a first point of contact; ensuring that customers receive outstanding service from start to finish.
You will answer customer queries and provide advice and solutions, then compile quotations to send via email.
ensuring the customer is kept informed throughout the process.
Using your keen eye for detail, you`ll process orders on the system, ensuring customer and order information is accurate.
Using your communication skills to liaise with other departments, to ensure that orders delivered within the timetables specified.
This is a hands on and demanding role! We`re looking for customers who thrive under pressure and have a proven track record of working to deadlines and targets.
If you have previous experience in a customer focused role, with experience dealing with high levels of emails, calls and enquiries then we`d love to hear from you!
The successful candidate will have experience with Microsoft Office, and the ability to plan their own workload.
In return our client offers a salary of £20,000
