Job Description

Brook Street are recruiting for one of our clients based in Rugby as a Sales Administrator Assistant.

This is a multi-skilled administration position, working closely with both field based Sales Agents and customers.

This is a 40-hour week, Salary of £18,000 - Temp to Perm Contract.

Some of your Duties will involve..
Handling inbound and outbound telephone calls.
Arranging appointments generated from leads.
Managing multiple diaries.
Respond to customer enquiries via email.
Monitoring and responding to social media .
Proactively build a rapport with callers to ascertain customer needs.

Experience is needed in..
Excellent verbal and written skills and command a good level of the English language
Intermediate excel
Computer skills
Effective communicator
Demonstrate excellent Customer Service skills
Be a confident team player but also be able to work on your own initiative
