Job Description

Job title: Sales Administrator
Location: Fulwood, Preston, Lancashire
Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm with 1-hour lunch
Salary: 22k-27k pa depends on experience
My client is an importer, stockist and distributor of quality hose couplings and associated items. Due to the expansion of the business, they are seeking an enthusiastic, Positive and Passionate about delivering customer service individual to join the sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Processing sales order via email and over the phone onto our system

- Assisting customers with technical enquires and quotation requests

- Proactively speaking with customers and informing them of any special stock items available

- Ensuring all stock levels are kept up to date

- Ensure all stock is ordered when requested

- Assisting the general manager in sourcing potential suppliers

- Working with your colleagues to ensure all day to day activities are completed

- Inputting all jobs onto the transport carrier network to ensure goods are collected and delivered on time.
