Brook Street are recruiting on behalf of an internationally renowned manufacturing company for a part time sales administrator based in Corby until the end of December.
My client is a diverse organisation that specialise in multiple sectors, with offices located across the globe. they work closely with private and public sector companies offering a range of products and services.
This role will be based working from their busy sales hub In Corby. Due to the recent success of a new contract being won, they have seen a spike in their work load and now need additional support in the team. The duties of this role are;
" Setting up new accounts on an internal CRM system
" Entering new customer orders
" Preparing technical drawings for customers' orders
" Creating quotation packs to be submitted to the customers upon request
" Liaising with the project team to assist with client's requests for documentation
To be considered for this role you must have previous sales administration experience, ideally this will have come from within a manufacturing company, but this is not essential. Previous experience working with a CRM system will also be beneficial.
My client is looking for someone to work 25 hours per week spread across Monday to Friday, but they are flexible what these hours could be.
The hourly rate of pay is £8.60 per hour.
