You will be working for a large and successful company in Warwick, Warwickshire.

You will be expected to, but not limited to, the following:

" To write and respond to, routine correspondence and answer ad hoc queries from customers in a timely manner.

" To act with autonomy - taking responsibility and initiative without the need for day-to-day direction.

" Manage the company's liaison with clients to facilitate a seamless process to ensure a positive client experience.

" Provide a high touch customer service by building and maintaining client relationships, following departmental processes, and striving to identify continuous improvement opportunities.

" Providing cover for coordination whilst ensuring efficient utilisation of the work force.

" Ensure invoices are raised correctly and company KPI's are met.

" Data inputting, verifying and correcting data where necessary.

" Assisting the other members of the coordination team when needed.

" Compliance to company policies and group management systems.

" Other ad-hoc tasks and projects as required to ensure the smooth running of the office.

" Maintaining customer databases.

You will be expected to be an enthusiastic individual, able to show attention to detail, a team player, a quick thinker, confident face to face and on the phone, independent, reliable and IT literature. It is also essential that you have your own vehicle, a full UK driving license and are an experienced administrator or data entry clerk.

You will be working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:15pm with a 1-hour lunch break.

You will be earning £18,500 per annum plus 28 days holiday, rising to 33 days holiday after 2 years of service. You will also benefit off receiving pension, bonuses on year end and many more company benefits.

You will also receive in house training initially when first starting and ongoing training as and when needed.
