Job Description
Brook Street are seeking a Sales Administrator on a temporary to permanent basis to start ASAP based on the outskirts of Guildford.
This role pays £11.50ph whilst temping. The permanent salary is £25,000pa for the first 3 months, rising to £27,000pa
Main duties.
To support both the repair, calibration & sales functions both internally and externally.
Booking in of customers tools for calibration / repair.
To communicate effectively to distributors, customers, engineers & end users at all levels.
Promote the products and services that the company offer professionally and efficiently.
Monitor and be aware of market influences and competition to ensure products/services are competitive and effective.
Hold the highest standards in customer service.
Be proactive in communication between departments and the customer in relation to order status.
Processing and administration of returns/credits.
Offer support with order processing, quotations and general sales office duties when required.
Desired experience:
Office packages.
MRP/ERP systems.
Order processing.
Quotation management.
Customer service/sales exposure.
Technical/engineering aptitude desirable.
Working hours: Monday to Thursday 7:30am/8am - 5:30pm and Friday 7:30am/8am - 12 midday.
Due to location, you will need to have your own transport.
