We are currently looking for a Sales Administrator to join our team on an on-going temporary contract! We are based on the outskirts of Warwick, near Gaydon with beautiful surrounds and a warm welcoming environment.
You will feel right at home from your first day with us. Your new role will consist of general administration to help ensure our business runs smoothly; this will include filing, scanning, responding to email and making sure all paperwork is up to date. As well as this you will be responsible for uploading incoming sales onto our systems and quoting costs and delivery dates. You will also be responsible for screening telephone calls and diverting them to the correct department. There is no steady flow of work with us, so you will be required to adapt to the work load required.
Our successful candidate will have an excellent telephone manner to ensure a great first impression is made to our customers. You will also need proven administration skills and the ability to adapt to new environments quickly.
This is a temporary role on an on-going basis though likely to last for around 9 months. In return you will receive an excellent hourly rate £9.13 per hour. You will also benefit from our free parking on site. You will also receive fantastic working hours will be Monday to Friday 8.30 - 5pm.
Due to our location it is essential that you have your own form of transport.
We will be looking for our chosen candidate to start on 4th November. You will be required to complete a two-stage interview for this role.
