Hours: 37.5 no shift
Location: Herefordshire

My client is the one of the UK`s leading manufacturer and distributor of goods to the independent merchant trade, due to growth they require an additional Sales Administrator. The business has a fantastic reputation for developing their staff and creating a progressive and dynamic work environment.

Sales Administrator responsibilities:

" Create & maintain customer relationships and provide a high standard of service
" Provide support to BDM (Business Development Manager) when required
" Handle customer requests in a timely & professional manor
" Investigate & resolve any invoice queries
" Process returns in line with company procedure
" General administration work

Sales Administrator desired Skills and Experience:

" Must be computer literate; Microsoft (Word / Excel)
" SAP
" GCSE level Maths & English
