Job Description

Sales Administrator

We are currently working alongside one of our established clients based in Milton Park, Abingdon who are looking for Sales Executive Admins to join their team on an on-going temporary basis.

This position will suit someone who enjoys working directly with customer and clients. Providing quotes and closing sales from incoming enquiries.

Responsibilities:
- Dealing with sales for new and existing clients.
- Calling new and existing clients.
- Taking/completing orders from online system - Creating purchase orders.
- Recording sales activity and following up leads.
- Helping clients/customers complete orders.
- Working alongside finance team to update on customer payments.
- Work with new and existing customer/clients to ensure they know about the latest products.

Skills:
- Excellent communication written/verbal.
- Time management and organisation

Working hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-17:00pm. Hybrid working, 3 days in the office. (Once fully trained)

Pay Rate: £13.77 per hour. (Weekly Paid)
