Our client is an award-winning Indian Ocean holidays specialist with an excellent selection of affordable luxury tropical beach holidays. They are currently looking to recruit a sales administrator to join their team in Edgware.
Tp apply for this role, you will require:
- A background in an Administrative Sales within the office enviroment
- Polite telephone manner
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
- A strong attention to detail
- Good IT skills (Word and Excel)
" Being the first point of contact with customer (receiving telephone calls).
" Answering questions, advising on features, pricing and availability etc.
" Co-ordination between departments
" Resolving general customer queries
" Maintenance and development of the customer and prospect database
" Operating part of the credit control process recording payments received and chasing overdue payments.
" Other general administrative tasks
" Help out in all areas as the job evolves, from basic to in depth duties which are paramount in the smooth running of the front end of the company.
Hours: Negotiable 5 Days a week + every other Saturday. (no Sundays) Early Shift 9 - 6 Medium Shift 10 - 7 Late Shift 11 - 8
You will be starting at £18,000 but going up to £25,000 and you have an uncapped commission scheme!
