Job Description

We`re working with a well established Brighouse based company, looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team. A great opportunity for a confident customer focused candidate to join a lively and energetic team!

Within the role the primary duties will be ensuring that customers receive an excellent service from start to finish. This will include the following duties:

Acting as first point of contact for customer enquiries
Providing accurate and prompt pricing requests and quotations
Ensuring customers are happy with the selections they have received
Processing orders on to the in house system
Liaising with internal departments to ensure customer orders are dispatched and arrive on time

We`re looking for someone with the following skills:
Confident telephone manner
Strong administration skills, with a good eye for detail
Knowledgeable with computer programs such as Microsoft Word and Excel
Experience in a customer service, office based role is essential

In return you will receive a salary of £16,500 - £18,800 dependant on experience.
