My client is a well-known pump brand offering a wide range of pumps in several materials, with a great build quality and at an affordable cost. They offer pumping solutions to the industrial, commercial and domestic sector. They are looking for a Sales Advisor to join their team based in Didcot, Oxfordshire. The role will be to manage inbound and outbound phone calls, email requests, order processing and face to face interaction with a friendly, helpful approach. They are offering a salary of £22,000-£24,000 dependant on experience, plus benefits.

Your responsibilities will be:
oYou can continually develop expert and dynamic knowledge of company products and services.
oYou will research information using available resources to satisfy customer enquiries.
oYou will build rapport with customers by engaging with them in an inviting, friendly, and professional manner, to deliver exceptional experiences.
oRespond quickly, professionally, and accurately to all customer inquiries regarding quotes, orders, status requests, complaints, product returns, and warranties when required using the appropriate company systems.

The right candidate will have excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. The ability to multitask, manage time, and prioritise. You can work individually and as a team. Good knowledge of Microsoft office tools plus any experience with SAP would be beneficial.
