As a Sales Advisor, you will have the freedom to innovate and run with your ideas. Enabling you to offer every customer a bespoke service.
You will be provided with warm leads only through online marketing campaigns, through Public Relations and digital marketing.
You will manage your own pipeline, develop your client base, and the rewards will be worth it.
You will be supported with comprehensive training prior to your start and 'on the job'. You will be joining a passionate group of people, with a management team that will provide you with ongoing support, listen to your suggestions and encourage feedback.
You will nurture your own leads through to conversion gaining client's trust, handling multiple accounts often with very different requirements
Although full training will be given, you should have an understanding of the financial industry e.g. ISA's and peer to peer lending.
You should have a confident personality and the ability to build effective relationships with people at all levels. Good objection handling is essential along with the ability to close a deal. You should be tenacious and determined to succeed.
Based in Salford Quays in a great location, modern working environment with excellent facilities, onsite cafe/bar, nearby subsidised gym and shops. Great basic salary of £22,000 plus uncapped commission.
