Inbound Sales Advisor - Insurance

Wolverhampton

£23,000pa + £3,000pa bonus potential

You will benefit from joining a well-established insurance business due to expansion. You will be working in a modern open plan office environment.

Working Hours:
A rotating shift pattern
Week 1- 9am -5pm Mon - Fri
Week 2- 1pm -8pm Mon - Fri & Saturday 9am -3pm

The Role:

You will receive inbound calls from potential new clients
You will complete a thorough fact find on the individuals insurance requirements, which will include some scripted information
Once you have fully discussed the individuals needs you will recommend the most suitable products that meets their needs.
You will process electronic payments
You will need to adhere to various regulations
You will deliver a quality customer experience every time
You will liaise with underwriters to seek guidance regarding some insurance risks.

You will receive a comprehensive training programme covering the business, insurance sector,products and systems


You:
Will be able to demonstrate excellent written & oral communication skills
You will be able to demonstrate good solid data entry speeds
You will have experience working in a customer focused fast paced role
A knowledge of sales, insurance and or the financial sector would be advantageous
Be able to demonstrate excellent time management skills
