A great opportunity has arisen for a sales advisor to join my growing clients wonderful team in the Southport area. My client are known as one of the UK`s largest training providers offering apprenticeships and providing work-based learning in a number of industries.
Benefits for this role include:
£16500 salary + bonus (hitting target would generate £450/month. However, this can be exceeded and some sales advisor earn an additional £650-£700 per month)
Monday to Thursday (9:30 - 17:00), Friday (9:00 - 17:00)
25 days holiday plus bank holidays (3 days must be taken between Christmas & New Year)
Free on site car parking facilities.
Day to day duties in this role will include:
Working towards daily, weekly and monthly targets - seeking to achieve and exceed individual and team targets across sites classed as - National Accounts, Agreed to Call or Account Management Issue letters and proclamation materials to interested employers with timetable follow up calls.
Ensure compliance to Contact Centre procedures and processes.
Ensure excellent customer service provision through quality KPIs.
Making calls to existing clients in order to renew current services.
Providing customers with world class customer service.
Meeting all agreed sales targets and performance targets set.
Having an excellent understanding of the services in order to provide customers with a knowledgeable service.
In order to apply for this role, you MUST have the following skills and experience:
Some form of sales or customer service experience - ideally working towards targets and the potential to earn a higher salary via bonus structures.
Live locally to the Southport area (ideally within a 5 mile radius).
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
