Fantastic opportunity to join a fun and growing organisation in Rugby as a sales advisor (No cold calling)! You will be part of a supportive, energetic and sales driven team. You don`t need to have an insurance background as long as you have good customer service and telephone skills.

This may suit someone from a retail/hospitality background wanting more of a work life balance. Or someone who has just finished college or university looking for their first job!

Monday to Friday on a shift pattern (Early 9am-5.30pm & 10.30am-7pm Late)
2 Saturdays a month 9am-2pm

£18,533 per annum with bonus (overtime to be completed for bonus) OTE 21,500 - 24,500 Uncapped

Commutable from Nuneaton, Coventry, Lutterworth & Daventry.

Duties:
- Following up Internet leads/quotes/renewals by telephone (No cold calling)
- Ensure call backs are made promptly
- Listening to the needs of a customer, ensuring the select policy is appropriate for them
- Setting up policies
- Inputting data
- Day to day administration
- Arranging payment for policy either through card payments or third-party finance
