Job Description

Fantastic opportunity to join a stable, growing organisation in Lutterworth as a sales advisor! You will be a part of a lively, fun & supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity for an outgoing individual with previous inbound & outbound business to business experience.

Commutable from Nuneaton, Hinckley, Rugby & Leicester

£21000 - £23000 (DOE)

In this role you will be responsible for maximising profits through excellent outbound telephone account management. Successful candidates will be expected to use their excellent customer service and account management skills to ensure that they are meeting their targets on a regular basis, growing their account along the way.

Key responsibilities -
- Conduct outbound calls to your assigned portfolio, ensuring maximum account growth.
- Log all sales activity on the company system.
- Generate sales leads through pre-defined outbound calling campaigns.
- Meet/Exceed key performance targets.
- Ensure that the customers experience is always a positive one.
- Show excellent communication skills, using these to identify sales opportunities and understand the needs of the customer.
- Build and maintain relationships

Key skills/experience -
- Previous Telesales/Account Management experience (Desirable) If you don`t have experience they may take on someone from a customer service background on a 3 month contract initially with the view to go permanent.
- Excellent communicator.
- Show the ability to build relationships with customers effectively in a short time frame.
- The ability to work under pressure.
- Comfortable with all aspects of MS Office.
- Previous experience of working in a target driven environment.
- Excellent sales negotiation skills teamed with the ability to recognise buying signals and closing a sale.
