Job Description

My client is one of England`s largest independent insurance providers who are looking a Sales Advisor to join their team. They have been established for over 50 years with high street branches throughout the country.

You will have excellent communication skills, be sales driven and can work in a busy environment. You will also have a background dealing with clients face to face and over the phone. Most importantly be energetic and be highly driven.

Ideally, you will have a good standard of general education with a background in either insurance, sales, banking, or finance.

Full training will be given including the opportunity to study for nationally recognised professional qualifications (Certificate in Insurance, CII, obtained ideally within 12 months). There is also plenty of room for progression and the contribution individuals make will be fully acknowledged and rewarded

This role will be working Full-time working 8:30-17:30 Mon-Fri and Saturdays 8:30-12:30 will be expected on a rota basis. In return the company are paying £18,000k - £25,000k DOE and offer performance incentives, Perk Box and the company pension scheme.
