Job Description


We are currently recruiting for a Sales Advisor for the UK's leading self-storage company, based in Birmingham. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

  • When a customer visits our client's stores, their experience starts with you
  • So, think of this as a hybrid role: part customer service, part sales and part facilities management. This is a truly unique job and no day is the same
  • With a good understanding of their customers' needs you'll help them decide what the best solution is for them
  • You'll maximise sales at every opportunity through promoting our products and services
  • You'll offer the highest quality of customer service in person, via email or phone (you'd be surprised how a cuppa can make a huge difference to someone's day!)
  • Completing daily health and safety walkarounds you'll help to maintain the general cleanliness of the site
  • You'll carry out general administrative tasks on their database

SALARY AND WORKING HOURS

Full Time, Permanent

Salary: £21,275 per annum (OTE £23,402)

Hours of work: 40 hours per week - any 5 out of 7 days, working a mixture of early and late shifts covering the stores opening and closing times (Opening hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm, Saturday, 9am - 5.30pm, Sunday, 10am - 4pm)
