SALARY AND WORKING HOURS

Salary: £20,000 - £24,000

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.45am - 5pm

2 x 15-minute breaks, 1 x 45-minute lunch

Permanent role

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

  • Generate revenue and selling opportunities through outbound sales calls
  • Manage and convert inbound leads
  • Optimise new business revenue and volume through effective account management
  • Push to meet and exceed agreed KPI and sales targets
  • Deliver high quality calls and written communications with customers
  • Strive to maintain an in depth understanding of all products and services
  • Accurately record all contact and conversations with customers in the CRM (MS Dynamics)
  • Display effective time management to prioritise activities which maximise productivity
  • Work collaboratively across all business areas to help foster a supportive team culture
  • Actively contribute to a positive working environment, demonstrating the company core values and behaviours
  • Contribute and commit to a personal development plan that addresses all training and development needs as well as future career aspirations
  • To achieve individual company fuel target
  • To achieve individual sales target
  • To achieve individual point of sale revenue target
  • To achieve agreed fuel card credit applications
