A fantastic opportunity available within a large and successful company, who are looking for the suitable individual to join their fun, friendly and driven team in Tunbridge Wells.

You will be a target driven, pro-active and customer focused candidate who is looking to be part of this friendly team, speaking to customers, understanding their needs and leading them to an outcome they are pleased with.

Your responsibilities will be:
- Speaking with customer, understanding their needs and requirements.
- Identifying which product would best suit their situation.
- Ensuring you are up selling any relevant products that would benefit your customer.
- Providing excellent customer service throughout the call and ensure they leave the call feeling satisfied.

No experience is needed for this role, however you will ideally have customer service/call centre or previous sales experience. You must thrive in a busy environment and drive to exceed targets.

Role: Insurance Sales Advisor
Location: Tunbridge Wells
Hours: Monday - Friday, rota between the hours of 9am-7pm and 1 Saturday in 4 which is 10am-3pm.
Salary: £21,000 + Commission
