This lovely, very friendly and long standing company are looking for a new addition to their team, they are based in Tonbridge but ideally you will drive as they are quite a walk from the station (unless you like walking) and are not near a bus stop.

The working hours are 9am-5pm Monday - Friday and they have an informal, fun and very friendly but hard working office.

You will be responsible for promoting the companies product range to clients, maximising sales by continually expanding orders and upselling on all incoming and outgoing calls (no cold calling or hard sales) You will ensure a sales order form is raised when an order is secured, complete credit notes, input orders and complete all associated administration.

You will have worked within a telesales or customer service role previously (minimum of 2 years) be loyal and long standing and be looking for a nice company to work for locally. You will be an excellent communicator, both written and oral, have good people skills and have a personable attitude.

Your salary will be £20,000 per annum + £250 monthly bonus based on company performance and profit, 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays, dress down day Friday and full on the job training - the company have a `Discovery Programme` which is a full company introduction, detail about your position and also what others do within the company to help you gain a full understanding of the role.
