Job title: Sales Advisor
Hours: 37.5 per week Monday- Friday
Location: Worcester

My client is well known Solicitors Firm that specialises in personal injury and medical negligence. They make exceptional use of their specialist knowledge within this area and are seeking a full time Sales Advisor to represent the company and support their business development.

Sales Advisor responsibilities:

" Working with the general public in pre-booked venues, highstreets and shopping centres selling the services of the firm
" Opening conversations to establish if individuals are eligible for the firms support
" Supporting the office claims team by advising the clients to discuss their issues and establish if a claim can be made
" Promoting the specialist knowledge of the team and company, creating a professional impression and delivering exceptional service


Sales Advisor desired skills and experience:

" Previous sales experience essential - field sales or face to face sales experience desired
" Must be driven and comfortable working to targets and tight deadlines in a competitive market
" Happy to speak to anyone and everyone and comfortable discussing sensitive issues
" Self-motivated ability to build relationships and a positive attitude

The Sales Advisor position offers a basic salary of £18K and unlimited commission with realistic OTE of £30,000 which is performance led. You will receive full uniform and ID, company mobile phone, paid parking plus 23 days holiday plus bank holiday and the option to work a Saturday and take a day off during the week if required.

Candidates must have a driving licence and use of a car.
