Job Description

Forget everything you thought you knew about storage because we`re not about boxes we`re about people. Which is why we`re on the hunt for like-minded people to help us provide amazing service to our customers for our New Cross branch.
We are offering an excellent position for a Sales Advisor at one of the UK`s premier Storage companies, with an annual salary of £20860 plus bonus! You will be based in New Cross with occasional opportunities to cover our depots around the surrounding areas. As Sales Advisor key features for this role will be to assist the Manager and Assistant Manager in the day to day running of the store and provide a top level of service that exceeds customer expectations.
Responsibilities include making decisions as appropriate to make sure the days objectives are achieved. You will keep a positive outlook, working on own initiative and demonstrate a flexible approach to being a Sales Advisor.
You will work within the team to deliver results, recognising the contribution of yourself and those you work alongside to build a great working relationship.
You will be speaking with our customers helping them make decisions on their storage needs and providing the best options for them.
Maximising sales at every opportunity through promoting the products and services available leading to standards of service that exceed customer expectations. We want somebody who can demonstrate awareness bring ideas to the table and show suggestions for improvement supporting the whole store environment.
A team player who can help with store administration and assists in preparing and conducting weekly and monthly tasks.
Can you demonstrate a High Level of Customer Service, Cash Handling and basic Admin skills?
Have you amazing communication and interpersonal skills?
Are you able to work a Rota of 5 out of 7 days including weekends?
