If you have ambition then we're for you! We're a bespoke tailor-made travel agency catering for top end markets in some of the most beautiful destinations the world has to offer. Due to expansion and new resorts coming on board we're looking to grow our already outstanding customer service /sales team.
Based in Croydon just a 10min walk from excellent transport links we offer our holiday makers the complete package taking them through their bookings step by step. To make sure you can offer the best customer experience we want you to be able to experience our resorts too.
How does an all-inclusive week-long stay in one of resorts sound to you? We make sure all our staff get away at least once a year and our top performing team members can travel up to 4 times a year!!
Your job is to convert enquiries to sales as well as maximising re-booking holidays for our loyal holiday makers. We have an intuitive website where we can interact with site visitors to help maximise sales as well as a large number of inbound callers looking to book their trip of a life time.
Its down to you to pick up on these calls offer your amazing service and close the deal.
Due to the nature of our industry and specialist locations we are open 9am-9pm so we do have varied shift patterns either 9-5pm, 10-6pm or 12-9pm so we do need staff members who are flexible with time.
Our peak season is January to March so we do run 6 day week shift patterns over this time and we are open 7 days a week. We do however have amazing commission structures and your hard work is well rewarded, we know we expect lots from our staff but we can say our bonus and commission structures reflect this too!

Our ideal candidate will have a flair for sales and the capacity to learn our resorts selling points. We need somebody who is flexible due to our opening hours but more importantly we want somebody with ambition and a real drive to make money. We don't want somebody to come in sit back and relax but somebody who is going to want to do well and make money!
