Job Description
We are currently working with a market leading distribution company with offices throughout the UK, seeing a confident and proactive sales person to join them on a full time permanent basis in their Weybridge office. You'll be spending 50% of your time managing and servicing existing accounts, and the other 50% you'll be actively canvassing for new business.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the existing client base, providing an exceptional level of service through retention and upselling
- Liaison with internal colleagues including Warehouse and Distribution Managers
- Identify and target new sales opportunities, following up and securing new business for the company through research and tailored targeted approaches
As our ideal candidate, you'll have:
- A background in account management and proactive outbound selling
- Proven ability to achieve/exceed targets and KPIs
- A natural ability to forge long lasting business relationships
- Confidence and logic to upsell to existing clients
- An excellent work ethic, always keen to go above and beyond
