Responsible for delivering outstanding account management to existing client base and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and business profit. Able to work extended hours on occasions when required. Must be an excellent face-to-face and telephone communicator. Established experience of RFP / RFI and tender response assembly would also be crucial. Base knowledge of using CRM Systems.
