Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Sales and Lettings Negotiator working for a well established company in Leeds.

The successful individual will have Lettings experience, be driven and eager to achieve, a clean driving license with their own vehicle insured for business use and the ability to work to deadlines.

You will be working within a great team bringing a positive can-do attitude.

Your role will include:
Pursuing prospect enquiries in a timely manner
Proactively managing lead enquiries within agreed timescales
Awareness & adherence to KPI's
Building & maintaining relationships with agents
Auditing all third-party listings
Support & buddy new team members on how to handle sales enquiries, channel management and booking process
Clear & effective communication
Working to deadlines, targets and key SLA's and KPI's
Building good working relationships with Landlords
Proactively develop (with the support of the business) your knowledge of the property portfolio, market and legal obligations and procedures through external internal training opportunities
Responsible for the organisation and management of own time and workload
Be a positive influence within the team, helping to maintain a mutually supportive and team orientated environment
To carry out any duties necessary for the successful performance of the role
Quarterly review of marketing information
Dealing with council tax and utility bills
Assisting with check ins, check outs and house checks
Ensuring all issues raised are dealt with in a timely manner

Hours of work:

Monday to Friday 9:30 - 17:30
The occasional Saturday

In return you will receive a basic salary of £23,000, a fantastic working environment, potential salary increase to £29,000 - £30,000 for 2022 and progression within your career.
